Helen McConnell

Managing Director

Helen McConnell has appeared in 5 plays as an actor and has stage managed 5 plays all since the summer of 2012 at HCT. She is also has served as President of HCT Board. She is currently the Managing Director and serves as a member of the board. In her spare time, she is County Contact for Project Linus and loves to travel.

Jim Walker

Artistic Director

Jim guides and helps set the artistic vision for HCT.  He comes to us with over 35 years as a teacher, director, and adjudicator for WV Thespians and WV Theatre Conference. He was named West Virginia's first Theatre Teacher of the Year. 

Victoria Lamberth

Marketing & Publicity Director

Victoria Lamberth brings more than 25 years of experience in journalism, marketing, and public relations to HCT. Over the course of her career, she has managed marketing and communications for professional and community theatres. She is also a member of SAG/AFTRA and acts professionally.

Bob Reece

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR 

 

Colby Coren

Production Manager

Colby is also a director and actor at HCT and area theatres. He comes from an extensive background in vocal performance and business sales. When not at Hendersonville Community Theatre, Colby enjoys singing with several area ensembles.

Janice Guazzo

Production Coordinator
Social Media Manager

Janice is also our Web Master and one of the Production Coordinators.  She has over 20 years experience in marketing, project management and internet content management.  In her spare time she volunteers for more projects!

Doreen Blue

Costume Manager

Doreen is our amazing costume manager. She will always say she needs more space!  She is a whiz with a glue gun and always needs help sorting and cleaning out our closets.  

Zachary Eden

Facilities Manager

Zachary Eden has been involved with HCT for a little over a year. He has worn many hats on the production side of things and is excited to bring his creativity and excitement for the organization to the facilities end of things.

Sue Kamerick

Box Office Manager

Sue Kamerick started volunteering at HCT in 2005 in the Box Office, shortly after she retired from the US Dept. of State Foreign Service, having spent most of her career overseas.   She served on the Board for six years until 2012 and has now taken over as Box Office Manager.

Charlotte Overbaugh

Bookkeeper

Charlotte has played many roles on the production team at HCT since 2004.  Her experience as a compliance officer at CIGNA and her attention to detail brings a multitude of skills to the table.  She has been HCT's bookkeeper since 2011.

Yetta Lautenschlager

Volunteer Manager

Yetta had a 30 year private practice in therapy, group therapy,  and  workshops in the USA and the Caribbean. She also is an international speaker and has consulted to companies around behavioral health issues. For the last 15 years she has also been a Life coach and presently has a business in downsizing. Her strength is in connecting with people and broadcasting the merits of volunteering for a wonderful community theater.
