We need YOU to reopen the theatre! ?

We're getting ready for our 2022 Season and we want to make everything as clean and safe as we can!

While we love “Singing in the Rain” we prefer not to do it during every one of our performances.  Our space has been in need of a new roof for many years.  This is to provide the safety and comfort of our patrons and actors.  A new roof will keep us dry and warm for years to come.

And of course we love long lines at our box office, but we don’t enjoy them during our 15 minute intermissions in the restrooms.  Our plumbing is as old as our wonderful building and it needs to be repaired before we open for the season in 2022.  We want to upgrade to real commercial fixtures that will keep that line moving.

We earned a 2021 Gold Seal of Transparency!

WHEN YOU AUDITION AT HENDERSONVILLE COMMUNITY THEATRE

WHEN YOU AUDITION AT HENDERSONVILLE COMMUNITY THEATRE

It seemed like a fun thing to do on a Saturday. I saw the notice about auditions being held at Hendersonville Community Theatre for a production called “Always a Bridesmaid”. I hadn’t heard of the show but honestly, after a year of lockdown, the thought of even attending an audition seemed like the most fun in, well… a very long time.
