Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Patti has been performing for 23 years and two things have remained consistent during her career: she uses balloons to fill her bra and every dollar she collects on stage is donated back to the community. To date, she has helped raise over $1.5 million dollars for various charities and community organizations.
