Equal parts left brain and right brain, Josh spent 5 years managing EBE Ensemble, a theatre group he co-founded in NYC, while also finding time to direct and perform in productions. He looks forward to supporting the bold, intimate work of the incredibly skilled and talented theatre practitioners in our community, while also doing so with a focus on fiscal responsibility.

Dakota Mann
Production Manager
Dakota Mann (he/him/they) is a passionate theatre artist devoted to devising ambitious and memorable live performances, and overseeing positive contributions within our community. He received his Associate’s in Fine Arts from Blue Ridge Community College in 2018, and his Bachelor’s in Drama from University of North Carolina – Asheville in 2020. As Production Manager, Dakota brings a decade’s worth of experience in the WNC theatre scene, working as an actor, director, stage manager, sound/set designer, producer (etc..), gaining more than one-hundred credits on his resume. In the theatre, Dakota is hard at work supporting performers and technicians, helping them prosper in their craft. Out of the theatre, he’s probably just watching The Simpsons or pro-wrestling and listening to late 90’s/early 2000’s rock music. Please continue to support live theatre!

Amanda McLoughlin
Business Manager
With a background spanning more than 15 years in stage management, design, and theatre operations, Amanda (she/her) brings a unique balance of artistic insight and organizational expertise to her role. She has worked with numerous theatres across Western North Carolina, serving in various roles, including stage manager, costume and props designer, and intimacy choreographer. Beyond her management role, Amanda has also been recognized for her creative contributions, winning the 2025 BroadwayWorld Charlotte Regional Award for Best Costume Design. Amanda holds a B.A. in Psychology from UNC Asheville. She is passionate about creating memorable theatre experiences for artists and audiences alike.
