I ordered online or over the phone. Why did I have to pay a service fee? There is a 5% plus 85¢ per ticket service fee and NC sales tax for all ticket orders. These service fees help keep our Box Office running and pay for ticket-selling software, server maintenance, and employee labor. We do our best to keep these fees as low as possible.

How do I contact someone during a performance in the event of an emergency? Please call the main theatre number at 828-692-1082, and we will do our best to get a message to a patron in the audience.

Can I take photos or videos during a show? Cameras (photo or video) and tape recording equipment are prohibited in the auditorium during theatrical production and some concerts. NO CELL PHONE VIDEOTAPING IS ALLOWED.

A guest whose service animal threatens the safety of other guests and/or staff may be asked to escort the animal off the premises. Please note that emotional support, therapy, comfort, companion animals, or service animals in training are not considered service animals under the ADA. If you intend to bring a service animal to an event, please notify the Box Office at the time of purchase so that we can help identify the most suitable seating location.
