What is a flex Pass?
- Instead of purchasing tickets to a specific show, choose one of the available flex pass options. (You may purchase more than one flex pass to include family or friends. All passes you purchase will be in your name and linked to your email in in our ticketing service.)
How to Purchase A Flex Pass
- Purchasing a flex pass is as easy as buying a ticket. Follow the links below to complete your purchase.
- You can also call the box office to buy your flex pass during box office hours, Wed – Fri/ 10AM – 5PM /
828-692-1082. - NC sales tax and a processing fee will be added to your Flex Pass price.
How to Use the Flex Pass
- To redeem the Flex Pass for tickets log in here with the email address and password that you used to purchase the flex pass. Use the “Sign In” button.
- Select, the performance and date you would like to attend. Select your seats as usual. You may purchase additional seats at the same time.
- If you have flex pass tickets still available, you will be automatically asked if you wish to use them. (Once you have used all your flex pass tickets, that option will no longer appear.) Complete your “ticket purchase.”
- If you prefer, call the box office to book your seats during box office hours, Wed – Fri/ 10AM – 5PM / 828-992-1082.
The sooner you redeem for seats, the better the seat availability! Note that any unused flex pass tickets will expire at the end of the 2025 season.
